Brief Introduction to the Matching of Single Pass Printer and Double Steaming Machine

In the era of digital printing replacing traditional printing, the quality of digital printing machines and their corresponding digital steamers are a shared destiny. They are indispensable key equipment that reflects the quality of printing.

Jiangyin Beifa has been dedicated to manufacturing steaming machines for 25 years, and has also been dedicated to researching and developing digital steaming machines for 15 years. From not understanding to gradually understanding, through improvement and enhancement, some experience has been summarized in application and practice, and four types of models have been launched: the first generation digital steaming machine BF1879, the second generation code steaming machine BF1688, the third generation digital steaming machine BF1788, BF1778, and the small integrated digital steaming machine BF1588 (80 meters).

Regarding the classification of digital printing:
1. Large full bottom print, women's clothing, not easily stained
2. Large white background with dark printing, easy to stain
3. Vertical bars, horizontal bars, grids, white background dots, men's clothing, especially easy to stain and more difficult to steam, are products that test digital steamers more.

Generally classified into the above three categories of digital printing products, according to Xinfa's understanding of steamers and the production matching for a single pass (80 meters x 60 x 22 hours=100000 meters/day)
The suggestion is as follows: (for reference only)
Option A: (Better Option)
BF1778-200 digital steamer, with a fabric capacity of 450 meters and a steaming time of 10-12 minutes
22 hour single frame yield of approximately 55000 meters (used for premium and anti staining varieties, with no problem for ordinary varieties)
2 x 55000 meters=110000 meters (perfectly matched)
Note: This type of matching requires high quality, high-quality, and capable companies can plan it! (High quality product positioning)

Option B:
1. BF1778-200 digital steamer, with a fabric capacity of 350 meters and a steaming time of 10-12 minutes
22 hour single frame yield of approximately 38000 meters (for premium and easily stained varieties)
2. BF1879-200 digital steamer, with a fabric capacity of 600 meters and a steaming time of 10-12 minutes
22 hour single frame production of approximately 65000 meters (used for regular women's clothing, digital printing with large full bottoms, and non staining varieties)
That is 38000 meters+65000 meters=103000 meters (exactly matching)
Note: This type of matching is only for general quality, with slight quality to meet production needs. (Mid range product positioning)

Option C:
BF1879-360/400 digital steamer, with a fabric capacity of 600 meters and a steaming time of 10-12 minutes and 22 hours. Double amplitude output: 130000 meters (suitable for low-quality, high-volume products, just matching)
Note: This type of matching only considers production volume, not quality, and has a small investment. (Low end product positioning)
Attention: Digital printing steamers are generally single sheet and single-layer, with better uniformity, higher humidity, brighter hair color, and steam saving; Dual volume, low-end product usage, low investment. So the matching selection should be based on the customer's requirements.
